The following forms were developed by Corporate Challenge, Inc. (EdVenture)and Warren County 4-H. If you are a 4-H professional and would like to apply to EdVenture to become a T.R.A.I.L. team leader, complete the application. This application will be accepted any time during the year. However, it must be submitted to EdVenture at least 4 months before the date of travel. This will give ample time to review the application and to follow up should there be any questions or clarifications. Travel dates are sent to Corporate Challenge from Russian host agency approximately 5-6 months before camps begin. Eventually, every member of the T.R.A.I.L. team will need to complete this form.
